Responsibilities

  • Canon Solutions America Customer Service Representatives are responsible for creating and processing inbound orders for Canon parts and supplies.

  • Utilize analytical and technical skills to investigate, understand, and document customer inquiries and issues.

  • Build Canon Solutions America, Inc customer loyalty by providing customers with fast and friendly service.

  • Enter orders into SAP and Oracle, with AS400 being used as a data reference.

  • Work effectively with other departments towards the corporate goal of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Working knowledge and experience with Excel required.

  • Customer Service Experience and order entry experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are required.

  • Works well in a team environment.

  • SAP and Oracle experience is a plus.
