Canon USA & Affiliates Specialist, Display Graphics in New York, New York
Responsible for providing sales support to the Large Format Solutions Imaging Supplies organization. Works closely with the inside sales team, outside sales team, marketing and the LFS Display Graphics sales force to grow display graphics media sales.
Develops strategic plan for achieving territory quota and maximizing long-term account revenue opportunities for display graphics media within the existing display graphics equipment install base.
Develops and delivers customer presentations and proposals highlighting the unique customer business applications and solutions that Canon brings to the marketplace.
Promotes a team atmosphere within Canon Solutions America, LFS and Imaging Supplies.
Provides training to the inside and outside sales teams.
Supports sales teams throughout key steps of the sales process including customer needs analysis, demonstrations, samples, and customer meetings.
Sales results will be closely monitored and achievement of quota will be the fundamental basis for measuring success.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine-Art, Art, or related discipline.
Experience in large format display graphics media marketplace.
Strong knowledge of color theory, applications used in color documentation creation and color printing technology.
Independent, self-motivated, sales professional with a successful track record of selling display graphics media to the large format market.
Travel of 50-80% (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary) throughout the United States including overnight.
