Canon USA & Affiliates Account Executive in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey

Overview

Canon Solutions America Account Executives are responsible for selling specific business system products and services including: black & white and color printers and copiers, facsimile equipment, document management solutions and related software.

Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be to sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within an assigned account base. Specific job duties will involve prospecting for new business opportunities and upgrading existing customers. You will be required to achieve 100% of quota through implementing creative sales strategies, performing extensive customer needs analyses and site surveys, meeting with decision makers, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account, completing an account profile for each account, identifying challenges within the account's document workflow, and continuous customer appointments. You will also be responsible for proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year recent business to business outside sales experience, strong communication skills including the desire to build solid working relationships with a variety of businesses, an interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry, the ability to work autonomously and excellent time management skills. We will provide you with 8 weeks of blended training that includes 4 weeks of instructor led and 4 weeks of in the field training, plus ongoing training and development to build the foundation for your career.
