Managed Output Analysts are responsible for providing and facilitating fleet management support to clients which includes the ongoing capture of key metrics that provide visibility into program activity and success, based upon established targets. Through the use of reporting tools, the managed output analyst provides up-to-date reporting on device inventory (asset management), status and service history on devices in the field, print volumes and associated costs, and usage trends, including opportunities for cost/operational improvement. This includes relocating over-utilized and under-utilized devices and adding or deleting accessories as necessary and as approved by customer. This position manages all equipment and provides regular tracking and management reporting on equipment performance. The managed output analyst is responsible for providing easy-to-understand and actionable reporting as part of the account management plan, including the delivery of monthly and quarterly report packages.
Qualifications should include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or 3–5 years experience in Managed Print Services; Excel modeling skills, intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office; Good follow up skills, ability to multi task, logical thought process; Strong project management, analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
